Before Felgor, he founded and led Revolute Digital for over 7 years — a marketing and AI operation that generated over R$169 million in measurable results for 425+ companies across 70+ industries.
Prompt engineer and automation architect, Igor lives at the intersection of strategy and execution. He doesn't theorize about technology. He builds. Tests. Breaks. Rebuilds until it works.
At Felgor, he takes the client's raw problem, analyzes it deeply, and transforms it into artificial intelligence that actually works. No copied templates. No shortcuts. No facade.

Felipe Freitas

Felipe is the first voice the client hears — and the last to let go.
Before Felgor, he spent over 10 years at Gerdau — one of the world's largest steelmakers. He left the corporate world for Revolute Digital, where he drove millions in revenue. A consultative sales specialist, he trained in customer experience at the Disney Institute.
At Felgor, he leads the entire journey: from the first diagnosis to post-delivery. He's the one who sits down, listens to the client's raw problem, translates it into business language, and ensures the forged solution delivers on its promise.
While the market pushes generic proposals and disappears after signing, Felipe does the opposite. He's there at the diagnosis, at the demo, at the decision — and stays after. Because at Felgor, the sale doesn't end with the contract. It ends with the result.
He's directly responsible for the "Open Forge" model — where the client sees the solution working before paying a single dollar. That requires trust. And trust is built with truth, not with fancy presentations.

The Felgor story
Felgor was born in May 2025 — but the story started earlier. Felipe and Igor met at Revolute Digital, the company Igor founded and led for over 7 years. Felipe brought his experience from over 10 years at Gerdau, one of the world's largest steelmakers, and quickly became central to the operation, driving millions in revenue. Working together, they discovered they shared one conviction: the AI market was broken.
On projects for large enterprises, they saw the same pattern repeat: consultancies charging premium for generic proposals, months of closed-door development, and solutions that didn't solve the real problem. The client paid before seeing anything. And when they finally saw it, it was too late. They decided there was a better way — and that they'd build it together.
The name came from joining theirs: Felipe + Igor = Felgor. And the forge metaphor wasn't accidental. Felipe spent over 10 years inside a steel company, where metal is shaped under pressure and heat. The analogy was natural: build artificial intelligence with the same rigor used to forge steel — custom-made, with care, until it's precise.
Every project that leaves Felgor carries this origin. It's not the fastest path. It's not the cheapest. But it's made by people who chose to be present through the entire process — from the raw problem to the final result.
