Who this is for
Laundry in any format — residential, dry cleaner, industrial, or uniform rental. But the product is horizontal: the engine "order in, processed, out to customer, payments through multiple channels, NFSe for contracts" serves any service operation with mixed retail + B2B flow. Car wash, shoe repair, sanitized equipment rental, quick-service shop — they all share the structure.
Works best when:
- The operation has a counter with direct customer service (not 100% online)
- There's at least one channel beyond the counter (delivery, self-service, B2B, rental)
- Recurring customers are a meaningful share of revenue
- The current operator wastes time between separate systems
A very small laundry (1 employee, no delivery, no self-service) can run on a notebook. Above that, an integrated system pays for itself.
What FELGOR Laundry isn't
Not a generic retail ERP. Built for service operations where the order arrives, gets processed, leaves later — not for finished-product sales. Not just a customer app. The app exists, but the heart is the operation's counter. Not a solution for huge chains (50+ stores) with SAP integration. The focus is independent operations up to mid-size multi-store. Doesn't require IT training. Operators learn in hours, not months.
How it fits in
Setup is direct. An existing laundry imports customer and item registry (XLSX or simple spreadsheet) and runs the counter on day one. Delivery comes the next week if there's already a motorcycle. Self-service machines and B2B with NFSe come as the operation matures. No need to halt operations — runs in parallel to the existing system, transition happens in 2-4 weeks.
