Who this is for
Any study that needs to inventory public assets distributed at scale — lighting, pavement, drainage, signage, urban furniture, telecom. The engine uses Street View and aerial imagery as the primary source, and works for any asset that is visible and georeferenceable.
Works best when:
- The asset is on public roads (and therefore covered by Street View)
- The consultancy needs the data to feed a financial or regulatory model
- The end client is a city, concessionaire or regulatory agency
If the asset is in an enclosed location (underground, inside private facilities), it needs an alternative imagery source.
What FELGOR Lumen isn't
Not a substitute for the official cadastre — feeds the model, doesn't replace the regulatory record. Doesn't decide whether the project is worth doing. It returns clean data. The decision stays with the consultancy. Doesn't replace field surveying for projects where on-site precision is mandated. It's a pre-study layer, not a final-execution one.
How it fits in
Pipeline runs externally. Consultancy receives the PDF report and the interactive map. No ERP integration, no internal process change.
